EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 12/11/2024):
A. Diploma Trainee - Electrical (DTE):

Full Time Regular Three Years Diploma in relevant discipline of engineering - Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical), from recognized Technical Board/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS Candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed.

B. Diploma Trainee - Civil (DTC):
Full Time Regular Three Years Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical Board/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS Candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed.

C. Junior Officer Trainee - Human Resource {JOT (HR)}:
Three years full time Graduate Regular Degree - BBA/BBM/BBS or equivalent qualification^ from recognized Institute/University with not less than 60% marks for General/ EWS/ OBC (NCL) category candidates.
• Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply for the said post.

D. Junior Officer Trainee - Finance & Accounts {JOT (F&A)}:
Inter CA/Inter CMA Exam Passed.
• Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/CA/CMA or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply for the said post.

E. Assistant Trainee - Finance & Accounts {Asst. Tr. (F&A)}:
B.Com. with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS and pass marks for SC/ST/ PwBD.
• Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ CA/ CMA or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply for the said post.

AGE LIMIT (as on 12/11/2024):
Minimum: No Limit
Maximum: 27 years
• Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to:
(i) SC/ST: 5 years
(ii) OBC: 3 years
(iii) Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD): 10 years (GEN), 13 years (OBC) & 15 years (SC/ST)
(iv) Ex-servicemen: To the extent of service rendered by them in Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years.

SALARY:
A. For DTE/DTC/JOT (HR)/JOT (F&A):

• Pay Level: S0 level
• IDA Pay Scale: 24,000-3%-1,08,000
• Basic Pay: ₹24,000
• Allowances: IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of Basic Pay per month (during training period)
• Gross Salary: ₹55,000 approx.
• NET (In-hand Salary): ₹48,000 approx.

• AFTER TRAINING: On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV/Junior Officer Gr-IV at S1 level in the pay scale of Rs.25000-3%-117500/- (IDA) with an annual CTC of ₹11.9 Lakhs approx.

B. For Asst. Trainee (F&A):
• Pay Level: W3 level
• IDA Pay Scale: 21,500-3%-74,000
• Basic Pay: ₹21,500
• Allowances: IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of Basic Pay per month (during training period)
• Gross Salary: ₹45,000 approx.
• NET (In-hand Salary): ₹39,000 approx.

• AFTER TRAINING: On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Assistant (F&A) at W4 level in the pay scale of Rs.22000-3%-85000/- (IDA) with an annual CTC of ₹10.3 Lakhs approx.

TRAINING PERIOD:
• Training is of One (1) year duration.
• After satisfactory completion of training, Diploma Trainees are inducted into the service as "Junior Engineer Gr-IV" at S1 level with an annual CTC of ₹11.9 Lakhs approx.
• After satisfactory completion of training, Junior Officer Trainees are inducted into the service as "Junior Officer Gr-IV" at S1 level with an annual CTC of ₹11.9 Lakhs approx.
• After satisfactory completion of training, Assistant Trainees are inducted into the service as "Assistant" at W4 level with an annual CTC of ₹10.3 Lakhs approx.

BOND:
A. For DTE/DTC/JOT (HR)/JOT (F&A):

• Bond Amount:
(i) For General/OBC/EWS: ₹2,50,000
(ii) For SC/ST/PH: ₹1,25,000
• Bond Condition: Serving the Corporation for a minimum period of three (3) years after successful completion of training.

B. For Asst. Trainee (F&A):
• Bond Amount:
(i) For General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,25,000
(ii) For SC/ST/PH: ₹62,500
• Bond Condition: Serving the Corporation for a minimum period of three (3) years after successful completion of training.

SELECTION PROCESS:
A. For Diploma Trainee (DTE/DTC):

• Selection will be done on the basis of Written/Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
• Written/Computer Based Test (CBT) will have questions from:
(i) Part-I: Technical Knowledge (TKT)
[This part will have 120 Questions from technical knowledge of their respective discipline]
(ii) Part-II: Aptitude Test (AT)
[This part will have 50 Questions on English vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation, numerical ability and General Awareness]
• Total: 170 Questions
• Each question will have four options (Multiple Choice Questions/MCQ).
• All questions carry equal marks (1 mark).
• Total Marks: 170 marks
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)
• Total Time: 2 hours.
• Minimum qualifying criteria:
(a) For General/EWS/OBC: Minimum 30% in each Part-I & Part-II separately and Minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
(b) For SC/ST/PH: Minimum 25% in each Part-I & Part-II separately and Minimum 30% marks in aggregate.


B. For JOT (HR)/JOT (F&A)/Asst. Tr. (F&A):
• Selection will be done on the basis of Written/Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Computer Skill Test which is qualifying in nature.
• Written/Computer Based Test (CBT) will have questions from:
(i) Part-I: Professional Knowledge (PKT)
[This part will have 120 Questions from professional knowledge of their respective discipline]
(ii) Part-II: Aptitude Test (AT)
[This part will have 50 Questions on English vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation, numerical ability and General Awareness]
• Total: 170 Questions
• Each question will have four options (Multiple Choice Questions/MCQ).
• All questions carry equal marks (1 mark).
• Total Marks: 170 marks
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)
• Total Time: 2 hours.
• Minimum qualifying criteria [For JOT (HR)/JOT (F&A)]:
