APPOINTMENT & JOB LOCATION:
• Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme’ at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank at their own cost.
• On successful completion of training, posting will be done in any branch of the bank in All over India.
• Candidates will be on probation for a period of six months. On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, his/her services will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 01/11/2024):
Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognised university.

AGE LIMIT (as on 01/11/2024):
• Maximum 26 years as on 01-11-2024
• The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

SALARY:
Pay Scale: ₹24,050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480
Basic Pay: ₹24,050
Allowances: DA, HRA and other allowances & perquisites
Monthly CTC: ₹59,000 (in Metro City)

SERVICE BOND:
Selected candidates will be required to execute an Undertaking to work for a minimum period of "Three (3) years" failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.

SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process shall comprise of:
A. Online Examination
B. Interview

A. Online Examination:
Online Test will contain questions from:
(i) Reasoning: 40 questions - 40 marks - 30 minutes
(ii) English Language: 40 questions - 40 marks - 30 minutes
(iii) Computer Knowledge: 40 questions - 40 marks - 20 minutes
(iv) General/Banking Awareness: 40 questions - 40 marks - 25 minutes
(v) Numerical Ability: 40 questions - 40 marks - 30 minutes

• Total: 200 questions
• Total Marks: 200 marks
• Total Time: 135 minutes (2 hr 15 min)
• Questions will be in English only.
• Each question will have 5 alternatives (options).
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)

B. Interview:
Candidates who are successful in the online test will be called for an interview at Bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank.
