POSTING:
At the time of joining, initial posting will be done in the Corporate Office in Mumbai only. After that, you may be transferred to anywhere in India or abroad, as deemed necessary.
PROBATION PERIOD: Candidates will work in a probationary period of at least 01 year, which can be further extended by 01 more year.
GUARANTEE BOND:
Before joining as probationer, the selected candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years including probation period. In the event of their resigning from the Company before the expiry of the bond period, they will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary paid to them during the year of probation which could be proportionately reduced depending on the length of service rendered.

It consists of three parts:
1. Part-A: It will be Objective Type, and will be different for Generalist & Specialist Posts.
• For General: Higher Order Reasoning Ability/Critical Thinking: 40 questions (40 marks)
• For Specialist: Technical and Professional Knowledge Test in the relevant discipline: 40 questions (40 marks)
2. Part-B: Objective Test.
• It will be same for both General & Specialist posts.
• It will contain questions from:
(i) Reasoning: 20 questions (20 marks)
(ii) English Language: 25 questions (25 marks)
(iii) General Awareness: 20 questions (20 marks)
(iv) Numerical Ability & Computer Literacy: 15 questions (15 marks)
3. Part-C: Descriptive Test.
• It will be same for both General & Specialist posts.
• English Language – Essay, precis and Comprehension: 3 questions (30 marks).
TOTAL: 150 marks
TOTAL TIME: 150 minutes (30 minutes for PART A, 60 minutes for Part B and 60 minutes for Part C).
Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks).
B. Group Discussion & Interview
• Group Discussion (GD): 20 marks
• Interview: 30 marks
TOTAL: 50 marks
FINAL SELECTION:
Final Selection will be done on the basis of marks scored in both Online Test and GD & Interview.
