EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 24/12/2024):
1. Officer Trainee (Environment Management):
(i) Two years full time Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Natural Resource Management/Environmental Engineering or equivalent with First Class from recognized Institute/University.
(ii) Valid UGC NET December 2024 Score Card (Paper Code: 89)

2. Officer Trainee (Social Management):
(i) Two years full time Masters degree in Social Work with First class from recognized Institute/University.
(ii) Valid UGC NET December 2024 Score Card (Paper Code: 10)

3. Officer Trainee (Human Resource/HR):
(i) Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social work/HRM and Labour Relations/Labour and Social Welfare from recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks.
(ii) Valid UGC NET December 2024 Score Card (Paper Code: 55)

4. Officer Trainee (Public Relations/PR):
(i) Graduate with full time PG Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Journalism with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University.
(ii) Valid UGC NET December 2024 Score Card (Paper Code: 63)

AGE LIMIT (as on 24/12/2024):
• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 28 years
• Relaxation in the upper age limit:
1. OBC-NCL: 03 years
2. SC/ST: 5 years
3. Physically Handicapped: 10 years
4. Ex-servicemen/DESM/Victim of Riots: As per Govt of India rules.

SALARY:
• During Training Period:
(i) Basic Pay: ₹40,000
(ii) Perks: IDA, HRA, and other perks @12% of basic pay
(iii) Level: Officer Trainee at E0 level.
(iv) Annual CTC: ₹10.70 lakhs

• After completion of Training:
(i) Pay Scale: ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000
(ii) Basic Pay: ₹40,000
(iii) Level: Officer at E-2 level in Executive Cadre.
(iv) Annual CTC: ₹10.70 lakhs

SERVICE BOND:
• Bond Period: 1 year Training + 3 years Regular Service
• Bond Amount: ₹5,00,000 (for General/OBC/EWS), and, ₹2,50,000 (for SC/ST/PwBD)

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection to the service will be done in four stages:
A. Shortlisting
B. Document Verification
C. Behavioral Assessment (Group Discussion & Personal Interview)
D. Pre-Employment Medical Examination

A. SHORTLISTING:
Shortlisting will be done on the basis of marks scored in UGC NET December 2024 Examination.

B. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
This will be done on the same day of Interview, and all your documents/details given in the application will be verified.

C. BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT:
• This stage will consist of Group Discussion (GD), followed by Personal Interview.
• Group Discussion will not have any qualifying marks, but for Personal Interview:
(i) UR/EWS: minimum 40% marks
(ii) Reserved Categories: minimum 30% marks

D. PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
In this stage, your overall health will be checked. You should have sound health, and should be free from any type of chronic disease and communicable disease.

FINAL SELECTION:
For the final selection, the merit list will be prepared, which will have the following weightage:
(i) UGC NET December 2024 Score: 85%
(ii) Group Discussion: 3%
(iii) Personal Interview: 12%
