APPOINTMENT & JOB LOCATION:
• Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme’ at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank at their own cost.
• On successful completion of training, posting will be done in any branch of the bank in All over India.
• Candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, his/her services will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 01/11/2024):
(i) Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognised university, OR,
(ii) Graduate in Agricultural Science, OR,
(iii) Graduate in Law (5 years integrated course only), OR,
(iv) Professional Qualification - CA/CS/CMS/ICWA.

AGE LIMIT (as on 01/11/2024):
• Maximum 28 years as on 01-11-2024
• The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

SALARY:
Pay Scale: ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920
Basic Pay: ₹48,480
Allowances: DA, HRA and other allowances & perquisites
Monthly CTC: ₹1,17,000 (in Metro City)

SERVICE BOND:
Selected candidates will be required to execute an Undertaking to work for a minimum period of "Three (3) years" failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.

SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process shall comprise of:
A. Online Examination
B. Interview

A. Online Examination:
It will have two parts:
1. Objective Test: It will contain questions from:
(i) Computer Knowledge: 30 questions - 30 marks - 15 minutes
(ii) English Language: 50 questions - 50 marks - 35 minutes
(iii) General/Banking Awareness: 50 questions - 50 marks - 20 minutes
(iv) Reasoning: 30 questions - 30 marks - 20 minutes
(v) Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions - 40 marks - 30 minutes
• Total: 200 questions
• Total Marks: 200 marks
• Total Time: 135 minutes (2 hr 15 min)
• Questions will be in English only.
• Each question will have 5 alternatives (options).
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)

2. Descriptive Test: will be conducted on the same day, just after the conclusion of the objective test.
• It will contain questions of English Language (short notes, Essay type questions, etc.)
• Number of questions: 2 questions
• Maximum marks: 25 marks
• Total Time: 30 minutes

Grand Total (Objective + Descriptive) = 225 marks

B. Interview:
Candidates who are successful in the online test will be called for an interview at Bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank.
