EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 02/12/2024):
A. Assistant Manager Grade A (General):
1. With Experience:
• Qualification:

(i) Graduation in Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration/Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants); OR,
(ii) Company Secretary (CS)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

• Experience:
(a) 2 years experience (as a permanent officer) in credit dispensation in the areas of MSME/Corporate and lending to trading and small commercial loans etc in Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or, Financial Institutions like NABARD, EXIM, NHB, etc; OR,
(b) 2 years experience (as a permanent officer) in Investment Banking/Merchent Banking/Alternative Investment Funds registered with SEBI, or, Asset Reconstruction Companies registered with RBI, or, subsidiaries of Scheduled Commercial Banks dealing in MSME segment.

2. Without experience:
(i) Chartered Accountant (CA); OR,
(ii) MBA/PGDM [in Any Discipline (the course must be of full time 2 years)] from a University/Institution recognized by UGC.

B. Manager Grade B (General):
• Qualification:

(i) Graduate in any discipline from a UGC recognised university with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants); OR,
(ii) Postgraduate in any discipline from a UGC recognised university with minimum 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants)
• Experience: 5 years experience (as a permanent officer) in RBI, or, SEBI, or, Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or, Financial Institutions like NABARD, EXIM, NHB, etc.

C. Manager Grade B (IT):
• Qualification:

(i) BE/BTech in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Communications from a recognised university/institute, with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants); OR,
(ii) MCA from a recognised university/institute, with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants)
• Experience: 5 years experience (as a permanent officer) in Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or, Listed Companies, or, Financial Institutions like NABARD, EXIM, NHB, etc.
• Out of the five years experience mentioned above:
(a) At least 2 years experience shall be in AI/ML Solutions with hands-on experience in development of ML/Deep Learning algorithms; AND, At least 2 years experience shall be in Python, R programming; OR,
(b) At least 2 years experience shall be in web application development; AND, At least 2 years experience shall be in RDBMS, SQL and PL SQL programming; OR,
(c) 5 years of experience with IT Security Management; OR,
(d) 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Management.
• Desirable Qualification:
The candidates who possess following relevant industry certifications will be preferred:
(i) AI / ML / Data Science; OR,
(ii) Full Stack Application Development; OR,
(iii) Certifications CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent; OR,
(iv) ITIL Foundation Certified in IT Service Management.

D. Manager Grade B (Legal):
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law from any UGC recognised university/institution, with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates, AND, enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• Experience: 5 years experience (as a permanent officer) in RBI, or, SEBI, or, Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE), or, Financial Institutions like NABARD, EXIM, NHB, etc.
• Desirable Qualification:
(a) The candidates who possess Master’s Degree in Law/Company Secretary (CS) Qualified will be preferred.
(b) Proficiency in computer applications.

AGE LIMIT (as on 08/11/2024):
1. For Assistant Manager Grade A:
• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 30 years

2. For Manager Grade B (General/IT/Legal):
• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 33 years

Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to:
(i)OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
(ii) SC/ST: 5 years
(iii) For Persons with Disabilities (General/UR): 10 years
(iv) For Persons with Disabilities (OBC-NCL): 13 years
(v) For Persons with Disabilities (SC/ST): 15 years

SALARY:
1. For Assistant Manager Grade A:

• Basic Pay: ₹44,500
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Grade Allowance, etc.
• Perquisites: Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession, Canteen, Newspaper Allowance, Reimbursement of Monthly Conveyance, Mobile & Digital Services, Leave encashment, etc.
• Deductions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc.
• Gross Salary: ₹1,00,000 approx.
• NET (In-hand Salary): ₹85,500 approx.

2. For Manager Grade B (General/IT/Legal):
• Pay Scale: 55200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750 (16 years)
• Basic Pay: ₹55,200
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Performance Related Pay (PRP), Grade Allowance, etc.
• Perquisites: Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession, Canteen, Newspaper Allowance, Reimbursement of Monthly Conveyance, Mobile & Digital Services, Leave encashment, etc.
• Deductions: CMPF, CMPS, CIL Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, etc.
• Gross Salary: ₹1,15,000 approx.
• NET (In-hand Salary): ₹96,000 approx.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection to the service will be done in three stages:
A. Phase-I exam
B. Phase-II exam
C. Interview

A. Phase-I exam (For All Stream/ Grades)
• It will contain questions from:
(i) English Language: 30 questions - 30 marks
(ii) Reasoning Aptitude: 25 questions - 25 marks
(iii) Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions - 25 marks
(iv) Computer Knowledge: 20 questions - 20 marks
(v) General Awareness (special focus on Banking & Financial Sector, and, Economic & Social Issues): 20 questions - 20 marks
(vi) MSMEs: Policy, Regulatory and Legal Framework; Finance and Management (with focus on MSME): 30 questions - 30 marks
(vii) Stream Specific Test: 50 questions - 50 marks

• Total: 200 questions - 200 marks
• Total Time: 120 minutes (2 hours)
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)
• Qualifying section: English Language, Reasoning Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, and, Computer Knowledge.
• Merit Section: General Awareness, MSME, and, Stream Specific Test.
• The calling Ratio to qualify for the Phase-II examination would be a maximum of 1:25.

B. Phase-II exam
B.1. Phase-II exam: For Assistant Manager Grade A & Manager Grade B (General)

It will have two papers:
1. Paper-I: English Language Test
• Online Descriptive - Answers to be typed using a keyboard.
• Number of questions: 3 questions
• Total Marks: 75 marks
• Total Time: 75 minutes (1 hr 15 min)

2. Paper-II: MSME & Finance and Management
• It will have two sections:
(i) Online Objective: 50 questions - 75 marks - 60 minutes
(ii) Online Descriptive: 10 questions will be asked (out of which 4 is to be attempted, in which 2 questions should be of 15 marks each, and 2 questions should be of 10 marks each) - 50 marks - 75 minutes

B.2. Phase-II exam: For Manager Grade B (Legal)
It will have two papers:
1. Paper-I: English Language Test
• Online Descriptive - Answers to be typed using a keyboard.
• Number of questions: 3 questions
• Total Marks: 75 marks
• Total Time: 75 minutes (1 hr 15 min)

2. Paper-II: General Knowledge of Law
• It will have two sections:
(i) Online Objective: 50 questions - 75 marks - 60 minutes
(ii) Online Descriptive: 6 questions will be asked (out of which 4 is to be attempted, in which 2 questions should be of 15 marks each, and 2 questions should be of 10 marks each) - 50 marks - 75 minutes

B.3. Phase-II exam: For Manager Grade B (IT)
It will have two papers:
1. Paper-I: English Language Test
• Online Descriptive - Answers to be typed using a keyboard.
• Number of questions: 3 questions
• Total Marks: 75 marks
• Total Time: 75 minutes (1 hr 15 min)

2. Paper-II: Programming/IT knowledge
• It will have two sections:
(i) Online Objective: 50 questions - 75 marks - 60 minutes
(ii) Online Descriptive: 10 questions will be asked (out of which 4 is to be attempted, in which 2 questions should be of 15 marks each, and 2 questions should be of 10 marks each) - 50 marks - 75 minutes

C. Interview:
Based on performance in Phase-II exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview.
The interview will be of 100 marks.
Final selection will be done on the basis of marks scored in Phase-II exam and Interview.
